This is the biggest problem to me. I worked as a Clinical Product Manager on Medications (i.e. ePrescribing) at an EHR company and I reported to a "Director of Product Managment" who was completely clueless. In fact, in a 1:1 I asked her if she knew the difference between Product Management and Project Management and she said "no"
